The 2024 RoundUp will be held at the DoubleTree hotel located at 4099 Valley View Lane, Dallas, Texas 75244 the weekend of August 16-18. To reserve a room at the hotel at our discounted rate, call the hotel at (972) 385-9000 and mention “NTR” when making your reservation for special room rates or just use the following link:
Registration for the RoundUp is $30.00.
In addition to the basic registration, you may also purchase tickets to the Saturday Night Banquet (while supplies last), meal tickets and coffee cards (5 cups for the price of 4). Costs for the food and beverage tickets are:
- Saturday Night Banquet – $45.00
- Saturday/Sunday Breakfast Buffet – $15.00
- Saturday Lunch Buffet – $20.00
- Coffee Card – $10.00
